Contact INTERNATIONAL WELCOME DESK and schedule appointments regularly, or in case of any emergency that might impact your life and bureaucratic procedure.
You should be prepared for your appointments with your advisor by bringing questions with you. Do not be shy about asking questions, no matter how trivial or irrelevant they might seem.
